1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Aissis (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Aissis is an AI memory layer that helps users capture working context, track tasks, organize Spaces, remember decisions and commitments, and build a personal Knowledge Base. The Service uses artificial intelligence to analyze user-provided captures and updates, then propose structured changes for review.

AI-generated suggestions are proposals only. State-changing actions require explicit user confirmation or a user-enabled automation setting for high-confidence capture routing. Aissis does not make autonomous decisions on behalf of users.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide a valid email address to create an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service
• One person or entity per account — sharing accounts is not permitted

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for illegal purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service
• Upload malicious content, malware, or harmful code
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Use the AI features to generate harmful, misleading, or illegal content

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you create in Aissis, including captures, tasks, updates, Spaces, decisions, commitments, reports, and Knowledge Base pages. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content for the purpose of providing the Service, including AI analysis.

You are responsible for the content you create. Do not upload content that infringes on others' intellectual property rights.

6. AI Features

The Service includes AI-powered features that analyze your input and generate suggestions. You acknowledge that:

• AI outputs are suggestions, not guarantees of accuracy
• You are responsible for reviewing and confirming all AI-proposed changes
• AI analysis quality depends on the quality and detail of your input
• We may update AI models and capabilities over time
• AI features may have usage limits depending on your subscription plan

7. Subscription and Billing

Aissis offers a free trial and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly. By subscribing to a paid plan:

• You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
• You can cancel at any time — access continues until the end of the billing period
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
• We may change pricing with 30 days advance notice
• Usage limits are enforced per billing cycle and reset automatically

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We will provide reasonable notice for planned downtime.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aissis and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aissis, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if necessary, through binding arbitration.
